Orders are processed and shipped within two business days by USPS priority mail (1-3 day delivery). Bennett Hill Soap does not currently ship outside the United States.

Some of the oils used at Bennett Hill include olive, coconut, castor, avocado, almond, tallow, tamanu, and palm. Different bars contain different amounts of each oil and not all oils are used in each bar. Please reach out to info@bennetthillsoap.com for the exact make up of a specific bar. 

The micas used to color Bennett Hill soaps should not stain your skin, towels, or tub. Some of the darker soaps will produce a lightly colored lather, but this rinses away easily. Avoid leaving bars directly on counters or tub ledges as sitting in water will soften and dissolve your soap and may lead to surface discoloration. We recommend a soap dish and/or a soap saver to prolong the life of your soap and protect against discoloration. 

Because our bars are handmade, there is no guarantee they will all come out exactly the same.  Batter is poured into molds with a specific design in mind but depending on where each bar is cut, the exact appearance of each can differ.  The photos on the website are intended to display the colors and general design of the bars but each one is somewhat unique from its fellows.

We recommend a draining soap dish or a soap saver to keep your soap out of standing water. These are available in our “accessories” section but can be found online or in retail stores as well. 

If a soap you have seen on our site before is currently unavailable, it may come back in stock as soon as the curing process is completed.  Seasonal releases are limited time offerings and may not be available year round.  Feel free to contact us at info@bennetthillsoap.com with any questions about specific bars or about custom orders.
